Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted counter-sales advisor for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers. Proactively engage customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand needs, recommend solutions, and grow sales through upselling and cross-selling. Use catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases to locate parts and provide accurate information. Process transactions, manage special orders and follow-ups, support outside sales, and maintain a safe, organized counter environment.
