Job Summary

Senior Piping Engineer responsible for supervising a team of piping engineers and designers on FEED and Detail Design (DD) scopes for onshore oil & gas projects. Based in Muscat, Oman, you will translate Concept Selection Reports into Basis for Design and project specifications, delivering piping deliverables on time and ensuring QMS/API Q2 compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare Piping Engineering CTR (Cost, Time and Resource) Catalogue and related deliverables for projects
•Supervise a team of piping engineers and designers assigned to a project area
•Contribute to Basis for Design, Basis of Design, and project specifications/philosophies
•Develop Equipment Layout/Plot Plan based on PFS/UFS and Technical safety requirements
•Develop Piping Layout based on PEFS/UEFS and perform stress analyses for critical lines

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years in FEED and DD engineering in oil & gas
•Experience supervising small teams and coordinating with third-party contractors/licensors
•Strong communication and interpersonal/leadership skills
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Ability to translate limited information into Basis for Design and Front End Design & project specifications
