Standardize policy, SOPs, and tooling so depot teams can focus on maintenance while the program captures recoverable dollars and reduces warranty leakage. Manage OEM and vendor performance, reconcile recoveries to finance ledgers, and publish monthly scorecards and improvement feedback loops.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the end-to-end warranty recovery program, including claim creation, submission, tracking, payment reconciliation, and denial/appeal workflows.
•Establish warranty policy and SOPs across markets, centralize claim processing, and define claimable items and submission timelines by OEM and vendor.
•Manage claim pipelines across OEM platform warranty, parts/RMA, and vendor workmanship warranty; drive approval rates with defensible documentation.
•Run denial management by root-cause analysis and appeals, and fix upstream documentation gaps; ensure credits and reimbursements are accurately reflected in finance ledgers.
•Define warranty data requirements, automate claim identification/submission workflows with tooling teams, and publish monthly warranty scorecards by market, OEM, and vendor.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in warranty administration, claims management, or service operations in automotive, fleet, dealership, or OEM environments.
•Direct experience submitting and managing OEM warranty claims and supplier/vendor recovery programs.
•Working knowledge of maintenance data structures (work orders, labor operations, parts records), with VMRS familiarity strongly preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to build process from scratch, including SOPs, policy, training, and reporting.
•Strong analytical skills with fluent spreadsheet and operational reporting experience, including defining requirements for internal tools.
