Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for the store by setting standards and being present on the shop floor as a brand ambassador and role model.
  • •Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to deliver excellent customer experience and embed customer-focused behaviours.
  • •Maintain the luxury environment by ensuring execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • •Drive performance and growth through operational and commercial execution, including product advocacy and inventory sales optimization.
  • •Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing store team through recruitment, staff development, mobility, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated alignment with Burberry Store Management behaviours (service focus, leading to inspire, commercially aware, developing talent, driving excellence).
  • •Experience in a luxury brand or luxury service/selling environment.
  • •Retail management experience appropriate to the role, assessed by store metrics such as sales turnover/volume and number/types of roles previously managed.
  • •Strong digital awareness, with ability to navigate social media and e-commerce sites.
  • •Ability to work flexibly to meet store needs and awareness of local employment/retail legislation.
