Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert PR to PO, extract open PO reports, and communicate with suppliers for PO acknowledgement and confirmation.
  • •Update ERP with confirmation dates and implement exception management actions (Expedite, Defer, etc.) in SAP/Oracle/plant ERP.
  • •Check supply/demand and decide items for release to replenish stock; validate supplier lead times and manage promise dates and order confirmations.
  • •Maintain supplier relationship management and coordinate with global stakeholders to improve material availability and supplier RDSL performance.
  • •Complete material master setup/audits, raise delivery issues to planning, resolve parked/blocked invoice discrepancies, and support on-time supplier payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or casting/forging/machining.
  • •Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supply chain management, contracting, procurement, and supplier management.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
  • •Strong digital literacy and advanced data skills for supply chain reporting (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
