Key Responsibilities

  • •Line manage Project Accountants, including supervision, motivation, guidance, and performance/engagement.
  • •Mentor and develop team members while promoting a positive team culture and managing resource levels to minimize turnover.
  • •Ensure quality of Project Accounting activities by validating key steps before final approval for project setup, modifications, EACs, and month-end processes.
  • •Oversee project month-end close trackers and drive correct revenue recognition updates by meeting deadlines and following up on revenue events.
  • •Oversee project financial reporting, escalate complex/material issues to UK&I Operational Finance, and support internal and external audit as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Accounting (desired).
  • •Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • •Background in finance with project accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • •Fluent English (oral and written) with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Flexibility to work on a late shift (3PM - 11PM) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
