Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop internal and external relationships to create value through structured transactions (term supply, transportation, storage).
  • •Find, generate, and close physical gas transactions accretive to the portfolio.
  • •Assess risk/reward based on enterprise size and scope for deal-making decisions.
  • •Support economic analysis and deal-approval materials for senior management and internal reporting.
  • •Review commercial deals and past transactions; propose process changes and support business plan/strategy with senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of natural gas experience with commercial, financial evaluation, and deal structuring experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience generating positive gross margin.
  • •Experience with NAESB and other commercial contracts.
  • •In-depth knowledge of US natural gas market infrastructure and operations, including current or previous trading/origination experience in US markets.
  • •Extensive working knowledge of Excel, plus strong networking, communication, and risk management understanding.
