Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive EMS partners to deliver timely and accurate failure analysis results by duplicating and isolating root causes of customer issues.
  • •Collaborate with a multi-functional team to accelerate replication of customer-reported issues.
  • •Articulate technical issues to stakeholders, sense issues early, identify impact, and partner to drive resolution.
  • •Work with PQE/CEs to drive corrective/preventive action and address design, manufacturing, process, and supplier issues.
  • •Participate in initiatives to improve test strategies, methodologies, and diagnostic coverage for field returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with 13+ years of related experience.
  • •Experience with sophisticated high-speed board design and board bring-up.
  • •Experience with high-speed network interfaces and hands-on board design expertise using Cadence Allegro or similar tools.
  • •Experience with high-speed SERDES (>=25G) system design, including signal integrity and power distribution techniques.
  • •Knowledge of Cisco products.
