Job Summary

Own and grow key fashion marketplace merchants by building strong relationships with brands and large sellers. Negotiate and secure deals based on campaign or seasonality, develop strategies to increase sales and conversion, and create opportunities such as brand days, livestreams, and competitive pricing. Help maintain seller service quality (cancellation/returns/shipping) to improve customer satisfaction, and serve as a point of contact for fashion team projects.

•Handle brands and big marketplace sellers that contribute high GMV share to the category.
•Build and maintain relationships with brands and sellers, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
•Craft strategies for managed brands and sellers to help them grow sales on the platform.
•Create growth opportunities for managed brands and sellers (brand days, campaigns, price competitiveness, livestreams).
•Maintain seller service quality to improve conversion and customer satisfaction (e.g., cancelation/return rate, shipping lead time) and act as a POC for certain fashion team projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in e-commerce, other platforms, or agencies.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
