Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct support to your Regional People Business Partner and the Global People Ops team, executing foundational HR tasks to enable regional stability and global initiatives.
  • •Payroll management: own end-to-end processing of regional payroll in coordination with Finance and external partners.
  • •HRIS management: own the HRIS for the region, managing data integrity and processing employee changes.
  • •Immigration & relocation: manage administrative process for existing visa sponsorships and new applications; coordinate relocations.
  • •Onboarding & offboarding: ensure a smooth, legally compliant process including system access, right-to-work checks, induction, and exit administration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 40,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience (2+ years) as an HR (People Ops) Generalist or People Ops Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
  • •In Canada, fluency in French and English
  • •Strong foundational knowledge of UK, US, Canada or European employment law and practical experience supporting operational HR across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience managing and processing payroll for a UK, Europe or Canada-based business.
  • •Experience or comfort with supporting visa sponsorship and employee relocation administration.
