Job Summary

Support manufacturing operations as an entry-level Automation Technician, assigned to an AM or PM rotating crew/shift. Help implement and start up equipment, troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing control systems, and assist with PLC/HMI programming. Maintain and update electrical drawings, support new software changes/upgrades, and coordinate equipment installation and MES integration events while ensuring safety, housekeeping, and effective cross-department communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Support manufacturing facilities, including remote support of worldwide manufacturing facilities.
•Troubleshoot, repair, problem-solve, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
•Assist with coordination of new equipment installation and implementation, including MES integration events.
•Maintain and update manufacturing process tool electrical drawings and document equipment changes.
•Implement specified software changes/upgrades and identify, research, document, and present solutions to control problems and continuous improvement projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.97 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of manufacturing equipment electrical/electronic/controls experience.
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Controls, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
•If no degree: 5+ years of verifiable related-field experience (e.g., semiconductors, automotive).
•Ability to troubleshoot and optimize electrical/electronic control systems in a manufacturing environment.
•Competence with Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs and FactoryTalk View ME HMI (Proface experience is a plus).
