Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct product training and lead client education events for new product launches and client seminars.
  • •Support relationship managers in needs-based selling by providing meaningful, consistent wealth/insurance experiences and strengthening client trust.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with relationship managers to assess product suitability and the impact of market and regulatory change, identifying opportunities and managing risks.
  • •Serve as a second point of contact for specific insurance products and solutions during client meetings, providing technical advice.
  • •Complete insurance-related transactions independently for clients with insurance needs and coach RMs to improve product-specific technical knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six years of working experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
  • •Strong client skills to deliver a needs-based solution and an outstanding client experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions/products, including financial markets, relevant social-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Extensive awareness of market conditions and new product solutions, with understanding of current financial market activities.
  • •A solid understanding of global Anti-money Laundering standards and relevant local and Group compliance regulation.
