Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for generative AI models running on Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock.
  • •Monitor and optimize AI model performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI services with existing Spring Boot microservices.
  • •Use monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic) to track system health, diagnose issues, and improve resilience.
  • •Assist with deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AI models in Azure and AWS, and document procedures, incidents, and configurations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience with generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformer architecture).
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including deployment and monitoring of AI models.
  • •Familiarity with AWS Bedrock for managing and deploying foundation models in production.
  • •Experience integrating AI services with existing microservices built using Spring Boot.
  • •Proficiency with monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic to track system health and diagnose issues.
