Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Workday expert, providing Workday solutions aligned to business requirements across a sophisticated process and IT landscape.
  • •Lead, participate in, and contribute Workday solutions to relevant business/scrum/project meetings.
  • •Partner with other Workday technical experts to deliver solutions through implementation and the development/testing lifecycle.
  • •Understand Workday enhancement requests, recognize dependencies, perform impact assessment, and deliver against timelines.
  • •Iterate with Process Excellence Leads and business stakeholders to clarify ambiguity, resolve issues, and support end-to-end process development.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 8 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
  • •2 to 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Recruitment, Absence, or Talent and Performance.
  • •Knowledge of HR functions and business processes including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Leave, Benefits, and Learning/HR Service Center.
  • •Ability to understand data loading, custom fields, objects, security configuration, workflow processes, and overall system configuration.
  • •Strong communication skills and high attention to detail, with responsive decision-making and logical problem-solving.
