Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to general HR process and policy questions from managers and employees and provide guidance for specific employee situations.
  • •Assist managers with performance case handling, accommodation requests, and employee-impacting reorganizations.
  • •Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through effective teamwork, data analysis, and optimal process design.
  • •Build cross-functional relationships with People team partners including Employee Relations, Legal, and People Analytics.
  • •Maintain HR data accuracy and integrity by using HR systems and reporting tools and conducting periodic strategic analysis to identify trends.

Salary: USD 13,500 - 17,163.33 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • •5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • •Experience supporting employees outside of the US (preferred).
  • •Ability to focus, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and unclear goals.
  • •Data-savvy approach with strong affinity for metrics, data analysis, and using HR systems.
