Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate safety leadership, promote safe working environments, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards.
  • •Provide leadership, direction, and performance coaching to front-line workforce; ensure effective two-way communication.
  • •Manage development, training, and evaluation of front-line workers to improve performance.
  • •Troubleshoot process systems and equipment failures/inefficiencies, and respond to emergencies using established procedures and incident command/storm recovery structures.
  • •Direct field damage assessment and restoration work and ensure work is completed according to company standards, regulations, and processes. (Includes periodic assumption of department manager duties.)
