Key Responsibilities

  • •Find and map AI opportunities across the business by identifying problems/opportunities, dissecting and sizing them, and deciding what gets built next.
  • •Carry builds from diagnosis through shipping, deployment, adoption, and iteration until the intended impact is visible.
  • •Build and integrate LLM-powered systems and models, including agents/assistants, structured output, and eval-driven improvements.
  • •Develop and iterate predictive solutions (e.g., models used for call pickup and lead routing) to improve company-wide KPIs.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across BizOps, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Growth, Product, Finance, and Recruiting to execute end-to-end projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record finding and prioritizing the right problems, sizing the prize, and choosing what to work on without a preset roadmap.
  • •Hands-on experience building with LLMs, integrating models and APIs (agents/assistants, structured output, evals, context engineering) and turning concepts into working code.
  • •3+ years of experience in a 0-1 operations or startup role, treating each build as something to solve from scratch.
  • •Strong root-cause instincts and ability to dive deep to understand problems beyond symptoms.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity and converting it into a ruthlessly prioritized roadmap; strong communication of complex concepts.
