Key Responsibilities

•Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; retrieve merchandise from stock room and other inventory locations to restock the sales floor.
•Perform cash register transactions (e.g., sales, returns, and exchanges) efficiently and accurately; connect consumers to the company loyalty programs.
•Contribute to the profitability of the store by receiving and processing incoming and outgoing products accurately and efficiently.
•Respond to consumer questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; ask questions to understand consumer needs related to merchandise and assist with buying decisions.
•Acquire necessary knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to execute day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements

•No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
•2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization
•Experience interacting with and serving consumers
•Skill operating Inventory and POS systems, and various other retail software tools
•16 years of age or older
