Job Summary

Provide expert guidance on export control regulations and compliance requirements, working with internal teams across business, project, commercial, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and legal. Manage and submit export licence applications with relevant regulators, develop and maintain Licensing Management Plans, and deliver export licensing solutions aligned to delivery timelines. Help strengthen export control policies and best practices across FalconWorks entities while building external relationships internationally.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for export control regulations, procedures, and compliance queries.
•Manage and submit export licence applications with relevant regulatory bodies to support smooth approvals.
•Build in-depth knowledge of FalconWorks entities and act as a key point of expertise across the organisation.
•Develop, implement, and continuously review Licensing Management Plans with key stakeholders.
•Embed and strengthen export control policies, processes, and best practices across FalconWorks entities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 51,772 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong working knowledge of export control regulations, including UK and US frameworks (ITAR & EAR), with experience in licensing applications.
•Background knowledge across engineering project management, commercial, procurement/supply chain, or manufacturing.
•Ability to act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert, providing clear, confident guidance on export control procedures and compliance queries.
•Tenacity and ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
•Experience understanding and supporting export control policy, processes, and best practices across an organisation.
