Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for all custody-related client queries.
  • •Own, manage, and resolve client queries while maintaining and enhancing client service.
  • •Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions and ensure day-to-day funding requirements align with standing instructions.
  • •Maintain and monitor client data and standing instructions, including resolving ASL situations timely.
  • •Identify and manage service delivery root causes, communicate proactively with investment manager contacts, participate in service reviews, and ensure compliance with NT risk policies and best-practice documents.
