Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle customer satisfaction and feedback, and support customer services across departments.
  • •Ensure stock availability and efficient replenishment, including inventory on schedule and carrying out inventories.
  • •Maintain product presentation and merchandising updates according to visual merchandising specifications, including assortment and merchandise maintenance.
  • •Support daily operational routines such as cleaning the sales floor and furniture/products and warehousing/stocking goods.
  • •Operate the cash register and monitor relevant retail key figures and turnover vs. targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
  • •First experience in retail and advising/dealing with customers.
  • •Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • •Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
  • •Fluent in English or fluent in the native language of the country.
