Job Summary

Global Finance role focused on identifying, evaluating, and implementing tax credits, incentives and grants across multiple jurisdictions. Lead end-to-end incentive projects, collaborate with Finance/FP&A, and monitor global regimes to optimize Fever’s tax relief strategies while ensuring compliance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify opportunities in existing and new markets, quantify potential benefits, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
•Map and maintain a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (e.g., R&D, innovation, IP, investment, employment, regional incentives).
•Lead the end-to-end implementation of tax credit and incentive projects (scoping, eligibility analysis, data gathering, documentation and filings).
•Work with Finance and FP&A to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting.
•Coordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure incentive requirements (substance, documentation, KPIs) are met on an ongoing basis.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in tax incentives/credits, international tax, or related advisory (Big 4 / top-tier firm or multinational group).
•Proven experience with R&D and innovation incentives, investment incentives, and/or employment-related tax credit regimes across multiple jurisdictions.
•Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to model and articulate the impact of incentives on cash flow, effective tax rate, and business cases.
