Job Summary

Serve as a technical SME for the LoanIQ platform within Capital Markets Technology, owning design, development, configuration, and support. Build scalable, resilient solutions for loan syndication, loan sales and trading, and agency/servicing workflows, translating business requirements from trading and operations into robust engineering. Tackle complex production issues, drive integrations across upstream/downstream systems, and uphold code quality, security, and regulatory standards while mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as technical SME for LoanIQ, owning design, development, configuration, and support across the platform and integrations.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient solutions for loan syndication, loan sales and trading, and agency/servicing workflows.
•Translate trading desk, syndications, operations, and finance requirements into robust technical solutions.
•Lead analysis and resolution of complex production issues, including trade booking, position keeping, cash flow processing, and settlement breaks.
•Develop integrations between LoanIQ and upstream/downstream systems (trade capture, settlement, accounting/GL, market data, reporting, and reconciliation), and drive code quality via design/code reviews and automated testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,300 - 170,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of capital markets experience with demonstrated knowledge of loan syndication, loan sales and trading (or similar products).
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
•Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
•Deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, software architecture, and design principles.
•Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, and security practices.
