Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact programs within revenue-generating customer acquisition products, delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
  • •Define and drive design strategy aligned to business objectives and higher-level organizational vision.
  • •Collaborate with research teams and product and tech leadership to elevate quality and maturity of design practice.
  • •Oversee and optimize the use of tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems; develop artifacts such as vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, and prototypes.
  • •Mentor and guide other design roles and lead complex projects directing junior designers.

Salary: USD 230,400 - 286,900 annually
