Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct all reliability and maintenance activities for the entire plant operation, including maintenance business management, MRO, and manufacturing/process equipment reliability.
  • •Ensure safe execution of maintenance and utility activities and promote a safe work environment for employees and contractors.
  • •Maintain facility and assets to meet regulatory guidelines (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA).
  • •Optimize costs and asset availability through budget planning and predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance and projects.
  • •Manage and evaluate maintenance staff and oversee utilities and wastewater facilities (air, steam, water, nitrogen, ammonia, etc.) to meet production demands.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •3+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Extensive knowledge of packaging/mechanical operations, electrical maintenance, instrumentation, electronics/controls, and utility systems (including boiler and ammonia refrigeration).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office and CMMS (computerized maintenance management system).
  • •Ability to effectively plan and manage through change in a large enterprise environment, including support for continuous operations (24/7).
