Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end importation processes for inbound shipments into Malaysia, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
  • •Oversee shipment planning, customs declaration readiness, cargo tracking, and escalation management.
  • •Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
