Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an engineering department to deliver high-quality technical deliverables on time and develop a culture of accountability.
  • •Use EBS tools and processes to drive predictive performance and ensure adherence to defined engineering processes.
  • •Lead PROLaunch design processes and continuous improvement/design efficiency initiatives (DFSS/DFR), including documented technical standards.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of resource management, productivity, and first-pass quality using engineering metrics.
  • •Serve on Engineering Leadership and Site Leadership teams to align technology roadmaps, resource allocation, profit planning, and cross-site synergies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering and/or new product development in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years in a direct Manager of People position.

  • •Ability to comply with ITAR requirements; must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.
