Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a team of 50–70 software engineers focused on software delivery experience and well-managed activities.
  • •Translate technology and business executives’ vision into execution strategy and guide engineering teams delivering high-quality software for critical business features.
  • •Collaborate with architecture and product/enterprise stakeholders to drive critical initiatives and influence the technical roadmap.
  • •Provide technology thought leadership, raise the talent bar, and recruit/hire and mentor top engineering talent.
  • •Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments and enable shift-left well-managed activities through tooling and automation.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 15 years’ experience in a technical role (data and software engineering).
  • •At least 5 years of executive technology leadership experience.
  • •At least 5 years driving architecture and engineering excellence at enterprise scale.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
