Senior Director, Software Engineering

Lead and inspire a team of 50–70 software engineers building software delivery experience tools and cloud governance capabilities for compliance, risk reduction, automation, and cloud-native standardization. Partner with technology and business executives to translate vision into execution strategy, drive architecture and delivery for critical features on AWS, and influence the technical roadmap. Recruit and mentor top engineering talent while delivering resilient, scalable, well-managed software experiences and tooling to enable shift-left practices.
