Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain effective business relationships within the VROL team and support project/work stream meetings (agendas, minute taking, document distribution).
  • •Produce and own project plans, status and milestone reports, and provide accurate reporting to PMO stakeholders and the wider VROL team.
  • •Implement and continuously improve integration of PMO GenAI tooling and agents into the Agentic Tool Chain for monitoring and delivery metrics.
  • •Ensure program governance across multiple delivery teams, including financials, delivery status, and audit requirements, are reported accurately and on time.
  • •Manage program risks and issues by maintaining timely updates and mitigating actions, and foster process improvement through KPIs and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years with a PhD; alternatively 11+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver medium-sized programs/projects on time, in scope, and on budget.
  • •Proficient use of GenAI tooling as part of daily project management, including experience managing R&D projects using a high degree of GenAI development.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel spreadsheet development and PowerBI dashboard creation.
  • •Excellent planning, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate with little supervision.
