Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain refrigeration equipment, air conditioning units, ventilation units, and heating units including gas hot water heaters.
  • •Diagnose system troubles using test equipment and plan repair procedures based on site conditions and available information.
  • •Make electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and gas train system repairs; test and return units to operation.
  • •Install air conditioning systems, including wiring, piping, ductwork, and other mechanical work where feasible.
  • •Maintain work records and ensure systems remain at maximum efficiency while following safety rules and assisting maintenance/engineering as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Associate (AS) degree in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent education and relevant maintenance experience.

  • •Minimum of 2 years of relevant HVAC experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong experience with refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating units including gas hot water heaters and HVAC installation.
