Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee team transaction processing for purchases, sales, liquidations, and in-kind transactions for IRA and non-qualified accounts.
  • •Process requests in the operating system, prepare orders for alternative assets, and manage daily workflow to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • •Reconcile records with asset sponsor statements/reports and perform fair market value updates, loan fund reconciliations, and pricing updates.
  • •Handle escalations for processing issues to management and ensure completion of assigned compliance training (including BSA/AML).
  • •Conduct assigned assets research and support transactions involving US bank-stock and Matrix-Mutual fund transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent of four years of high school plus specialized training, plus 3 years of related experience and/or training.
  • •1 year of related team management and/or supervisory experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  • •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for reporting and responding to questions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software; ability to handle fast-paced, detail-oriented work.
