Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise input of essential land information into the ROWDMAP electronic database and maintain associated records quality control.
  • •Supervise records management systems, periodic payment, and third-party invoicing processes for land/ROW activities.
  • •Coordinate records handling, retrieval, disposition, and transmittal for company acquisitions and divestitures, including data collection and exhibit drafting.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to a team of ROW Analysts by setting expectations, coaching, and driving accountability.
  • •Develop and implement process improvements, including management of change, and create workflow diagrams/mockups to guide technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •5+ years of database management and/or process improvement documentation preparation.
  • •7+ years of Oil/Gas/Energy experience.
  • •Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
  • •Leading people, projects, or prior mentoring/training experience.
