Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement strategies, goals, policies, and procedures for investment, leasing, and PPP contracts aligned with Authority strategy.
  • •Review contracting applications, select contracting approaches, and manage financial offer evaluation to negotiate and recommend awards.
  • •Support contract implementation with required contractual letters; study claims, time extensions, variation orders, and dispute settlement requests.
  • •Manage bank guarantee releases or confiscations and coordinate insurance provisions within contract documents, monitoring stakeholders to ensure coverage clauses.
  • •Oversee renewals and re-tenders, including preparing bids, clauses, auction analyses, award letters, and leading negotiations for complex transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 14 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Strong contract lifecycle management and investment/PPP contracting experience.
  • •Knowledge of contract law, claims, and dispute resolution, including negotiation and tendering evaluation.
  • •Ability to manage risk, governance, and compliance requirements across contracting documentation and processes.
