Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify process/control blind spots and recommend commercial improvements and enhancements.
  • •Facilitate pre-launch and new activity initiatives/reviews, tracking items to closure and escalating as needed.
  • •Execute non-financial risk self-assessments and related exercises within defined risk frameworks.
  • •Manage event/incident issues and remediation through to completion in line with relevant company frameworks.
  • •Develop and iterate KPIs/KRIs and coordinate audit/exam interactions between Product, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 203,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services in product/business risk, business controls, operational risk, or similar roles.
  • •Experience balancing risk, compliance, and customer experience in cross-functional settings.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex business, regulatory, and/or risk concepts clearly.
  • •Familiarity with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practices and non-financial risk frameworks.
  • •Ability to influence without direct authority, with strong stakeholder management and ownership.
