Job Summary

Drive sales and marketing of Truist mortgage loan products by developing marketing plans, meeting mortgage production goals, and providing clients with sound mortgage advice. •Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Execute Truist’s referral process and assist with mortgage loan fulfillment document follow-up post-closing as needed.

Key Requirements

•1+ year(s) experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.
•Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
