Key Responsibilities

  • •Create software packages and manage deployment, patch management, and encryption for a global Mac, ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux fleet.
  • •Partner with IT Support to identify environment pain points and implement solutions that improve productivity for IT staff and end users.
  • •Collaborate with Information Security to identify, mitigate, and reduce risks and threats across the fleet while maintaining current security standards and practices.
  • •Support and review technical documentation for ongoing processes and participate in root-cause and improvement efforts using testing and metrics.
  • •Oversee endpoint inventory, purchasing, asset management, and relationships with vendors and third-party providers, while mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience working in an IT organization managing and deploying Mac, ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux machines.
  • •Proven experience with enterprise management solutions for Mac, including MDM, EDR, and Platform SSO.
  • •Expert in macOS and iOS/Android.
  • •Proven scripting skills to automate tasks (shell, Python, or Swift).
  • •Strong desktop security knowledge, including antivirus/encryption/VPN/patching and 2-factor authentication.
