Key Responsibilities

  • •Help create and maintain WU learning program/initiative branding and naming conventions.
  • •Design, develop, write and distribute learner-facing program communications for team members and franchisees.
  • •Manage and develop content, design, programming, and engaging user experiences across learning promotion platforms (websites, web pages, LMS, etc.).
  • •Develop, design, execute and manage campaigns for learning programs and engagement solutions (e.g., low participation).
  • •Create and execute frequent learner communications on program/initiative summaries by analyzing data and crafting learner narratives.

Key Requirements
