Sales & Service Support - Abu Dhabi

Coordinate and follow up customer services across the store and contact center, including customer contact, complaint handling, reservations, orders, remote sales, and repair requests. Set up follow-up routines to ensure service-quality, track conversion rates and lead times, and partner with the sales team to simplify back-office follow-up. Support store planning, stock control, and store team administration while ensuring accurate use of digital retail tools.
