Job Summary

Develop and deliver hands-on and classroom technical training for channel partners, Baker Hughes employees, and end users on Flow Control & Safety Solutions products. Lead required channel partner audits globally, support training materials and documentation, and improve training offerings using standardized feedback. Act as a technical product expert while ensuring compliance with EHS and integrity policies, providing high-quality support to diverse customers and closing technical questions after training.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver technical hands-on and classroom training courses for channel partners, Baker Hughes employees, and end users in assigned regions.
•Improve training standards in cooperation with the Global Training team and interface with engineering and product line subject matter experts.
•Create and maintain training materials and documentation.
•Evaluate participant feedback using standardized procedures to support continuous improvement of training offerings.
•Conduct channel partner and customer audits according to the Valves Channel Partner Audit SOP and support VLM implementation at channel partners.

Key Requirements

•Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in repair or installation of Flow Control & Safety Solutions products).
•Have at least 5 years of experience with one or more of Consolidated, Masoneilan, Becker, or Mooney Products.
•Have the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.
•Have the ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
•Have experience in adult education or providing technical training, plus experience conducting quality system audits and explaining complex technical processes.
