Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and plan data center network infrastructure with a focus on security, availability, and performance.
  • •Operate, upgrade, and maintain Fortinet’s data center network infrastructure across the APAC region.
  • •Support data center expansion projects, network upgrades, and infrastructure deployments.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and virtualization-related technical issues independently and with a broader team, including continuous improvement via automation and optimization.
  • •Document configurations and procedures, assist with hardware procurement/staging/deployment/inventory/auditing, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience supporting or operating mission-critical infrastructure environments.
  • •Strong network administration knowledge and industry-standard networking principles at CCNA level or above.
  • •Hands-on routing and switching experience, including BGP, OSPF, and VPNs.
  • •Experience with Internet Exchange (IX) peering and coordination with ISPs/transit providers.
  • •Scripting experience (e.g., Bash or Python) and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana.
