Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain the Enablement Platform (Seismic), including CMS and LMS, user access, content uploads, governance initiatives, and system configurations.
  • •Coordinate with the enablement team to ensure training content is properly formatted and deployed.
  • •Provide technical support for LMS users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • •Track and report training progress, course completion rates, and other key metrics.
  • •Ensure compliance with U.S. government data security standards and regulations and create/maintain platform documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience as an Enablement Platform Administrator or in a similar role.
  • •Experience with Seismic Training & Coaching module and Content module (or similar systems).
  • •Experience with e-learning standards such as SCORM and AICC, and learning technologies.
  • •Experience communicating technical information to non-technical users and proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Google Form).
