Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.

  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports and support action plans focused on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
