Engineering Program Manager II

Own end-to-end CMF programs for YETI’s drinkware portfolio, taking accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance from charter through design, validation, manufacturing, and launch. Lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives globally, manage interdependencies and risk, and drive problem-solving with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Facilitate gate reviews, maintain program documentation, and support new color/finish development, capacity expansion, and supplier onboarding.
