Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead complex, cross-functional CMF programs from concept through launch and lifecycle support.
  • •Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent programs, accounting for interdependencies, shared resources, and business risk.
  • •Lead global cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Sourcing, Quality, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and manufacturing partners.
  • •Drive non-routine problem solving using root-cause analysis and corrective actions for technical, manufacturing, or operational challenges.
  • •Establish program documentation and facilitate Gate Review meetings, presenting status, risks, and recommendations to senior/executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years leading complex engineering, manufacturing, or product development programs.
  • •Experience leading new product development and sustaining engineering initiatives.
  • •Working knowledge of program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • •Manufacturing experience in consumer goods; polymers manufacturing experience is a plus.
