Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical engagement lifecycle: current-state assessment, target architecture, migration strategy, solution scoping, delivery governance, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Steer data modernization and migration by defining roadmaps, sequencing, cutover plans, and key architecture/tooling decisions.
  • •Align technical stakeholders across engineering and architecture and with executives, setting technical goals and KPIs.
  • •Translate business and data requirements into technical delivery plans including architecture, data models, migration approach, resourcing, timeline, and success criteria.
  • •Govern execution hands-on by running delivery cadence, reviewing designs/code, tracking KPIs/risks, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring delivery quality.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years in hands-on data delivery roles, including 2+ years leading data modernization or migration programs.
  • •Strong hands-on expertise in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Solution Architecture, including data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
  • •Proven experience steering data migrations including legacy-to-cloud re-platforming, decommissioning legacy systems (e.g. SAS, on-prem warehouses), and managing cutovers.
  • •Expert technical scoping and estimation to assess legacy estates and design cost-aware modernization approaches.
  • •Fluent English is a must; strong communication across technical and executive audiences is required.
