Key Responsibilities

•Own the full employee lifecycle for the Tel Aviv site, from recruitment to onboarding and lifecycle management.
•Lead end-to-end recruitment, design outbound sourcing motions, and use data/AI to ensure top talent is hired.
•Elevate Unit’s employer brand in the Israeli tech ecosystem and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers.
•Collaborate on performance management, compensation planning, and organizational development to align with global strategy and local benchmarks.
•Oversee HRIS and HR operations to ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and data integrity.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and 3+ years in People Partner roles within a high-growth global tech environment (Israel-US experience is a significant advantage).
•Strong strategic advisory capabilities, coaching managers through performance cycles and organizational changes.
•Deep expertise in building sophisticated sourcing engines and using AI/data to optimize the recruitment funnel.
•Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle in Israel, including local labor laws, compensation benchmarking, and HRIS management.
•Proactive, adaptable professional who thrives in ambiguity and can operate with urgency and ownership.
