Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the patient product experience end to end, serving as the primary design voice on the team.
  • •Prototype and test ideas quickly using Claude Code, Cursor, or other AI tools; define patterns, behaviors, and quality bar.
  • •Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape what gets built, including scope and priority.
  • •Design key moments across the patient journey: finding a provider, understanding benefits, booking, and staying engaged.
  • •Run experiments with clear success metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, task completion) and incorporate negative results as learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) of product design experience with strong craft and measurable business impact.
