Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble routine mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and top assemblies for aircraft product line, with occasional electrical assembly and solder work.
  • •Use correct tooling and documentation, requiring little to no supervision.
  • •Perform lock wire/safety wire and nameplate tasks.
  • •Conduct material preparation (including lapping surfaces) and visual inspection; identify defects and handle per procedures.
  • •Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhere to safety rules, ensure tooling is calibrated, and support cross-training and overtime as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is required.
  • •Two years of assembly experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or military environment.
  • •Only candidates residing within 50 miles of the Los Angeles, CA facility will be considered (active duty military exempt).
  • •Ability to utilize hand tools including pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, arbor press, vises, soldering iron, depth micrometers, calipers, lockwire pliers, and dial indicators.
  • •Ability to read and write English and interpret blueprints, verbal, and/or written instructions.
