Job Summary

Analytical finance professional responsible for managing spend forecasts within Autodesk’s IME Finance group, reporting FP&A data to senior stakeholders, and supporting budget owners. Partners with FBPs, HR, and Corporate Accounting to track OPEX/COGS, headcount, and quarter-end processes using SAP and Adaptive Insights, while driving ad-hoc analyses, process improvements, and policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with FBPs to analyze areas for potential spend savings and recommend solutions for effectively managing spend.
•Track, manage, and report all spend (OPEX and COGS) forecasts using SAP and Adaptive Insights to ensure forecast vs. actuals accuracy and highlight risks or opportunities.
•Collaborate with FBPs and HR to track headcount and to-be-hired activity and provide ad-hoc financial analyses for fixed costs.
•Own quarter-end activities including preparing cross-charges and accruals and act as primary liaison with Corporate Accounting.
•Ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and programs.

Key Requirements

•Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and communicate key insights to senior stakeholders.
•Experience partnering with finance/business teams to manage budgets and identify spend-saving opportunities.
•Proficiency with SAP and Adaptive Insights to track and report spend forecasts (OPEX and COGS).
•Experience tracking headcount and to-be-hired activity for fixed costs.
•Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and proactive stakeholder communication.
