Job Summary

Own culture and engagement programs across Tabby’s distributed, multi-hub workforce. Design and deliver hub events, team-building, road trips, and global recognition and milestone moments. Lead branded merch planning and execution, and drive employee engagement through internal communications and repeatable initiatives. Partner with local hub experts while setting global standards, managing vendors and budgets, and traveling across hubs to bring programs to life.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver hub events, team buildings, and road trips that strengthen belonging across a distributed team.
•Build and run scalable recognition programs and milestone moments (birthdays, work anniversaries, new-baby gifts, and more).
•Own branded merch end-to-end, including concept, production, vendor management, and distribution across hubs.
•Drive employee engagement and communications across a distributed workforce, advising teams on formats and best practices.
•Lead cross-hub people initiatives and manage vendors and budgets to deliver programs on time and on brand.

Travel: Low travel

•Strong stakeholder management and the maturity to operate independently, set the standard, and advise the People team.
•Proven experience managing employee engagement through effective internal communications.
•Comfort managing vendors, budgets, and logistics across markets, with willingness to travel across hubs.
