Design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, building intelligent workflows and enterprise automation across ServiceNow modules and custom apps. •Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, scoped applications, update sets, and CI/CD practices.
•Experience with enterprise integrations and workflow automation initiatives.
