Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom applications.
  • •Build intelligent workflows using ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer.

  • •Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, AI Search, or Predictive Intelligence).
  • •Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM, scoped applications, update sets, and CI/CD practices.
  • •Experience with enterprise integrations and workflow automation initiatives.
